I have a knocking noise on the driver side suspension.

This can be heard when the car is stationary and I turn the steering to the right. Sometimes it can be heard when I stop and turn the steering to the right when I reverse.

Anybody had the same problem. If so what is it? Is it bushes on front suspension?

I also have a bang noise from the rear when I go through pot holse. I read somewhere that it could be rear bushes that is warn.

:bang:

Front is probably a worn "Drop link" ...

Cheap and easy to fit.

Rear is probably failed "rear axle bushes" ...

This company(Manchester) sells the bushes and bolts(you'll need these) for £40, they also offer a fitting service "while you wait"(not sure how far North you are).

Thanks

However, I checked the drop links and they are fine. Any other sugestions as to what the cause could be.

Rear bushes - I will replace them in the next week or so.
