KnN pannel filter- who has one??

as title really and are they any better and do you get a roar from them or are they basically the same as any other standard pannel filter??

wouldnt bother buying one as it wont make any noticable difference to youre performance and noise, buy a 57i kit from larkspeed.com

I have one, they are a tad better then the normal ones. You dont get any roar, but you do get a little better throttle responce, but I cant say for petrol engines.

you also then have a filter that never needs replacing that you can clean as often as you like.

Donnylad you dafty, the 57i is a load of goat balls - I'd recommend the panel filter everytime as the cone filter will eventuallt lose you power. If you want a come filter get an enclosed one like the BMC CDA.

i had one on my 1.2, imo i could tell the diff, whereas my wife thought i was mad spending 40quid on a filter that "had made no difference" again its just down to personal taste.

my car had a better pick up and as for a roar my brava sounded better than the bmw 1 series im driving about!!

i have one it gained me 3bhp and a couple of lb of torq from standard. the 57i gained power but lost me torq.
