Technical Keycode Box

Hi I'm selling my fiat marea weekend in bits actually to try and get some money back on what the thing cost me , any way someone want the locks but they said they need the ecu and the black keycode box, I have the ecu but the man said the black box is with the ecu under the dash but the only black box i have is one from under the rear seats with a code on PA6-GF30, Is this it or something else? thanks for any help

The black box under the rear seats is the body computer. It controls things like the interior lights.
