k&n filter

just fitted a conical K&N filter to my 1.6 Brava. will i still get the same economy, or will it hit me in the pocket?

should be slightly more responsive but its only minimal, i think its just that they sound so good that they make the car feel more lively.

my car sounded good before i put the filter on. it certainly FEELS more responsive.

getting mine on my hlx this week and i was wondering the same, am expecting a slight drop in mpg to compensate for the extra air introduced from it..will have to see tho!

you will get slightly worse mpg cos you will be burning more fuel cos there is more air there and you will put your foot down more cos of the sound and the thrill of it lol
