General Just purchased a Stilo Abarth, need some help

Hi there all, I just purchased a stilo abarth today, incredible car and great performance. However, the previous owner never got around to fixing the issue that occurred recently after he changed the battery. The speedo is working, just 70mph real speed, is just above 140mph on the clock, the language changed back to Italian, although I sorted that, I changed it to English and the reading to miles, but.. It hasn't altered the speedometer, the miles are reading fine just the speedo isn't. Also as he put new seats in the car I'm getting the Airbag warning error, I was told it's just 3 wires that need connecting? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry all, It turns out it's a faulty cluster... I've solved the airbag issue as there was a video on how to fix this issue. The cluster I'm sending off to a business on ebay that deal in repairing faulty clusters for £79. Car drives perfect and I love it.
