Jim from San Antonio, Texas. I have owned a cherry-red 1977 Fiat Spider 124 for all these years and have reasonably maintained it while moving from Austin to Houston to San Francisco to Dallas to Chicago and now here. It still runs great but I am about to restore the interiors after a few years in storage. New leather seats and carpeting are proving easy. Has anyone upgraded the cheesy factory-issued fake dashboard wood for real wood inserts? Details please. I also plan to put in new rubber window seals and a new steering wheel. Many thanks.
