JORDANS of HULL are MORONS

I,m hopping mad, we had our doblo in today for a 24k service, the passenger windscreen jet is faulty, they were told about it verbally on the phone on Monday, they picked the car up from my wifes work, we live 30 miles from the dealers, when they brought the car back, THEY HAVENT TOUCHED IT, begs the question, what are they supposed to check on service ?
I think its illegal to drive without proper windscreen washers, I'm certain its an MOT fail.
Its such a simple thing to put right, BUT things like this just give fiats a bad name, I've just rang the salesman and chewed his lug off
GRRRRRRRRRR !

By the time I got home from work, when I rang the garage up, only the salesman was still there.
In our family, we drive 4 fiats all under 2 years old, all purchased from Jordans, we buy at least one new car a year, so you would think, if I'm upset the salesman might think " oh s...t his a bit p....d off and he might not buy fiats again" or am I being niave, I always thought the customer was king !

update, spoke to service manager, who told me technician had assured him jet was fixed. He then told me, its not illegal to drive without a passenger windscreen jet working, is he right ?
My wife once got a pull from the fuzz, and they served a notice on her cause the jet didnt work, but cant remember whether it was one or both, all I know is in this foul weather 1 jet doesnt clean the screen properly.
Of course it now has to go back in again, when they get the new jet in stock.

Try a Stoneacre Fiat garage and find out what real morons are! Give Jordans chance to put the problem right and if they don't, forget getting in touch with Fiat UK, they are totally useless. Its the lack of backing that makes me question ever buying Fiat in the future. Good luck.
