ok this is how it goes.

on a roundabout in manchester near the appolo theater. coming off at my exit a green **** of a ciroen ax comes flying out and we both collide. his car is badly damaged (prob a write off) mine had to come home on a flatbed truck. absolutley gutted. i have pictures but am having problems with fotango at the moment. all parties seemed to be uninjured but my girlfreind is complaining of a sore back today (it was her side of the car which got hit). the entire front end has been pushed sideways. spent most of today removing various mods. i think the strut brace may have worsened the damage but not seriously so. i really hope it can be put back together again because i like my bravo! fortunatley the rozzers turned up and decided it was clearly his fault (failure to stop on entering a roundabout for oncoming traffic). so no more car shows for me for a while!

If your missus is sore now, get down to the doctors as soon as poss as it will get worse. For now use the old footy injury cure - very hot bath and take ibrobrufen (!).

If either of u were hurt and it defintley wasn't ur fault, drop me an email as I can put u in touch with a guy from The Accident Group who'll get u some injury compensation free of charge. I used 2 work 4 the company until a few weeks ago and can vouch 4 the work they do. Think of it this way, if some **** has hurt u and screwed up ur car, wouldn't it b nice 2 have a bit of xtra cash 2 do up ur car once u've had it repaired ?

hi there,

OK injuries first: lorraine (girlfreind in my car) has developed a sore lower lefthand side back. so she is going to get a doctors report about it then we will see about compensation. i am ok but it was her side of the car that was hit.

i was charged "220 from the tow people to get home so presumably i will be able to claim that back? also the bloody AA charged me £70 for them to phone a tow company (this didnt include AA membership!)

monday morning and my car looks sorrier than ever. spent sunday removing as many mods as i can but there is still exhaust and a few other bits on.

if the car is written off i will recover the exhaust etc, as it cost a bloody fortune and sell them or put em on a new bravo. well pissed off, no real words to describe it.

it doesnt look all that bad but the front arms which come from the firewall are bent about 2 inches towards the driverside. not good. will ask the bodyshop if its repairable if they can fit bodykit instead of fiat bumpers. so anyone know some nice kits?

thanks guys for all your sympathies.

a curtesy car arrived last night... a 1.2l corsa (new style) which isnt a bad car but not a patch on the bravo. went and looked at a chiquicento sporting yesturday coz i think mine will be a write off. if it isnt the nice people at the reapir place were fine with me getting bodykit bumpers so i may have a nicer looking bravo from it!

if not i need a new bravo! will probably look for a new 1.8 so my bits fit on it but i did see an s reg HGT for ^995 with leather and everything else which is tempting!

girlfreinds back is much better today so that is good.
