I have had a Ipod classic for the last few years, Which has always connected to my b&m on my 56GP sporting..I had to replace my Ipod last week, And had a chance of a cheap Touch so have got that...To my dissapointment it doesn't connect to b&m..I read on here that it doesn't due to being incompatible..Is there anyway around this? Will the adaptor work or is there another alternative...:bang:

I think the adapter will work. But im not bothering with my iPod touch. The adapter is too expensive!

you need the adapter for the touch, its because it doesnt act as a USB drive, there is an app that will create a disk section on the ipod for you, but it means you will need your music on twice, one set for the car to read and the other put on through itunes for the ipod to play, also you will need to jailbreak the ipod, easy enough to do that bit though :D, I got my adapter from ebay, £46 from an approved Fiat dealer :D, worth gettin makes everything so much easier

Hi
Do I definitely need an adaptor for my ipod touch to play in my Fiat 500 Lounge (June 2009). My ipod nano worked fine once I had converted the files. If so, what is the exact name of the adaptor that I need?
