Had the L resprayed the same colour but decided to change the interior.

Got many new parts to fit with quality somewhat lacking with some of the items.
All of which came from either A.G. or Ricambio.

The problem I face today is in the attached picture below.
How have you attached the nasty chrome surround to the door card ?

The only option appears to be sticking which is not really an option!!
The original ones had to be binned due to damage.

Hope someone can help ?

Annoying little buggers to fit and get to stay on aren't they? The system I used was to 'superglue' a very thin extra layer of plastic (with a hole drilled in the centre) on each of the locating 'ears' of the release handle cover. They then 'snapped' into place and stayed in place. Haven't tried to remove them since, but accept that I may have to do it again when I next have to take the door card off.

Thank you for the reply.
I'm struggling to get a plan of what you mean in my head! ?

Have you got a picture / plan of what you did ?

I've only got a pair of these so need to get it right first time if possible.

Am I correct in thinking that you are trying to find out how to keep the release handle covers in place? If you are, drop me a line ([email protected]) with your address and I will sketch out what I am trying to describe. The covers on my doors are in place and haven't (yet!) fallen off, so I am somewhat loth to take them off
