I don't think it's Spanish - I think it's Italian - I think Nuvolari tuning is an Italian company named after the famous racing driver, and the cars don't have the clamshell bonnets that we expect of the Uno from Brazil.
I think one of these has the Coupe Turbo 16V engine, and the other has an 8V engine, maybe from the Delta HF Turbo or Delta Integrale 8V. I presume that the 'Uno Turbo i.e.' lettering has been carefully grafted-on to the spark plug cover of the 16V engine.
Much stress seems to be placed on the use of Delta Integrale wheels.
It's strange that after all that fuss with the dyno, we never do see the results - though maybe they're included in that constant unintelligible stream of Italian.
I laughed at the choices of music (which is in English of course, over the top of the dialogue which makes it doubly silly) - especially 'Larger than Life (Backstreet Boys?!) and 'Unforgiveable Sinner' (Lene Marlin!)
