I have Marea 1.9 JTD 110 PS, 2002. One week ago Injection failure signal starts on. I went to service, and they erased failures on ECU and signal gone.
After that when I wont to start engine, I give contact and wait to warm up 3-4 seconds, until glow plugs signal switch off, but injection failure signal is still on (all ather signal is off-abs... exepct, oil presure and battery), then when I start motor signal is off. Two days ago, at the same place in drawing, injection light start again (It was heppend on the bridge about 40m above the town, like first time, before service), after that my engine wont go over 3000 - 3500 rpm when I was going up the hill. after that I stop at the other side of the hill, turn off engine, wait 2 min and start again, injector light is still on, but engine is working over 3500 rpm. On back trip I start engine normal and worked fine, but on the first hill it wont go over 3200 rpm again. When I back down in town ligt is still on but engine is working fine.

Sorry for big text, but I must explain my problems, than for your time.

Did somebody know what is the prablem. :bang:
It's not solution to go in service to erase faults every week.

Thanks guys

sounds like the car has gone into limp home mode, this was caused on my JTD 110 by an overboost problem.

This took about 8 months to find finally by JCS in kegworth as a leaking vaccum chamber, it looked fine but there was a hair line track, that they resealed.

There was one hill on the way to work that would cause the light to come on and the car not to go over 3000rpm and the light would stay on for about 15 miles switching the engine wouldn't do anything, had to put the mileage in.

cheers
