Technical Induction kits?

Are these cheap £9.99 induction kids on ebay worth it?
I know no induction kit is going to help my weedy 1.2 8v but all I want is noise if I'm honest.

Would these be any use?

I haven't seen any for that cheap. I bought one for £30 £9 delivery and it sounds awesome.

No, not for that money... if you want a good value induction too for great noise you want the focus induction kit... for best quality/ performance you want GSR

could you post some more details on the focus one please? I assume you mean for a ford focus? or is that the make of the kit?

That is just the filter i think mate, anyway stay away from that

Yes they are meant for a Ford Focus but can be adapted to fit a Punto, as it has the same throttle body.

im not sure if this applies to a punto lump..
but i was reading up on some of the smaller engined cars, like the 1litre ibiza
and people, rather than buying an induction kit, drilled holes in their original airbox that gave it the sporty sound but no reduction in mpg or power etc.
can this be done on a punto? just a query - i already have a focus induction kit. i love the sound and the throttle response, but the mpg is starting to affect my wallet!
