Technical Indicator stalk

I will be replacing my indicator stalk on my 2003 eleganza soon as its faulty, it has sat nav, cruise control etc, was wondering if it will need reprogramming once replaced?

Fiat's eLearn says you should check the operation of the stalk using a suitable diagnostic system after replacement, but it does not mention any need for reprogramming. Checking stalk operation whilst driving the car might be OK too.

Thanks just needed to check first as if it did I might aswell get garage to fit it then reprogram if needed

Provided that the stalk is the same as the old one ,it is a straight swap with no need for reprogramming.
