Recently had a first “low mileage” service on the 1.4 GP at a local garage in Devon. Cost of just over £100 including courtey car.
The garage bent over backwards to sort out the software problem on the headlights switch (where the indicators flashed on) and the leaking tailgate seams. They could not however help on the matter of the 2 key covers, both of which had broken. They suggested I contact Fiat Customer Services direct,
I followed their advice, explained the problem to Customer Services and then received a Fiat £100 token with a letter of apology. The token is valid for a year and can be used to buy stuff from Fiat dealers or set towards next years service. All in all very impressive.
