****ing right, I'm usually quite reserved when it comes to stuff like this... But this takes the biscuit!

I'd like a full new bumper and back bumper... I'll then go else where for everything else... I think if they are not willing to help me out i'll be contacting the small claims court...

The said they'd fix something! They didn't, and what ever they did do has destroyed my rear bumper!

You should have a warrenty, the car is still fairly new so that would (hopefully) be covered.

Hopefully that was there rookie "training" mechanic that did that and not there engine specialist.....

LALALALALALA i can't hear anyone.

i know arnold clark sucks but they are all i have. there are no specialists in the north east and i would rather not take it to a garage that has never done one before.

I will scrutinise every inch of it before i pay :twisted:

UPDATE!!!

I will be getting a new mid pipe and rear bumper... Next Week!

The exhaust they fitted was a 8v instead of a 16v... Also it wasn't a fiat part!

New parts flying in for Italy as we speak! I think i'm going to get a new front bumper too... I really want one to make the car look pretty!
