Im a new punto owner but already problems

Hello all. Recently bought a Mk 1 punto as my first car. Really dont know much about cars but im learning lol.

Ive got a horrible rattling noise at the front somewhere when I drive along and you can hear it when u go over speed humps....anyone hazard an educated guess? Help me im new

If it sounds like a biscuit tin rattling check your heat shields and exhaust clearances...

Im not sure what it sounds like to be honest, a tinny rattle. Its going in to be looked at tomorrow and im scared ha.

lol ive done that just its my first car so I really do know NOTHING. I'll post after its been seen and let you know what it was if its that straight forward (which hopefully it will be)

The bf has a Golf GTI and has had show cars...so my little punto isnt a big deal to him lol. Hopefully I can shock with with my newly aquired knowledge soon hehe

haha i'll remember that one Hes had to drive it to and from the garage today with the pink dice (that he bought) hangin from the mirror and my cherries airfreshner. Im sure that was the highlight of his day hehe

lol well he bought them for me because he says my punto is a "boy racer car" so I figure he was trying to make it look girlie lol....He came home with them and said

" I was going to get you the pink fluffy sterring wheel cover, mats and seat covers" what??? lol I can deal with the dice. The rest would just be a crime :yuck:

I am having the same problem with my punto. I have taken it to a Fiat Garage 4 times and they are none the wiser, i have had everything that can possibly be fixed done but as soon as i drive away the noise starts again. Its it the garage again now so if they manage to locate or fix the noise ill let you know.

get the tensioner pullies checked out lol if they go the engine is f**ked (excuse my language)

can i jus ad i av a 1.2 unmodded punto and i kept up wit a golf gti on country lanes (cud b tht i m either stupid/brave or has was a crap driver but he was givin it some)
cant wait to improve the handing
