Technical Idea problem (again)

Hi wondered if anyone could help, yesterday the buzzer in my 1.4 idea went off and said min oil press switch off engine, i checked the oil on the dip stick and there was none, so i filled it up and checked dipstick again, oil was fine this time about 3/4 way up marker so left it at that, drove home fine but then today when i started car the buzzer and same warning appeared again, oil is fine as i checked it in case it'd leaked out, so not sure what else to do??

Seems like the sensor is at fault................If the oil is up to the full mark, then I would just check it weekly, and ignore the buzzer!!!.
I have a 1.4 Idea, but I can't read anything about low oil level warning in the handbook!!!!

Hi with oil still at the right level, then it must be the oil switch or sensor (same thing really) as to the get HER serviced idea! well if your close to the 12000mile then yes do.

Any local garage worth there salt will have a plug in for the codes these days , no need for £88 per hour main dealer charge! lol So take HER to your local garage and see what they say.
