On the back of the head unit there will be wires coming out, obviously, there should be a red and a yellow one with connectors on, you should be able to swap these over so red goes into yellow and yellow goes into red. This problem is about the live feed.
Also if you look in the passenger footwell there should be a peg you can unscrew (big plastic screw)
undo it to remove carpet and you see the rubber bit which allows cables to be run into the engine bay.
Good look cos its a fanny to do

Re: Re: ice

i ran the power cable under the car and into the boot via a rubber bung in the boot floor. just an alternative

Re: Re: Re: ice

yeh that is where we ran the cable and up to the battery!

its all very tidy and good stuff the boy that helpd me has done alot of systems so he knows his stuff!

we tried changing the red and yellow wires over but stil no luck! also the electic windows have now stoppd working!think it may be a fuse but to late to change now. dont know if this is strange but the standard stereo still works.

1) there is a rubber bung behind the carpet in the passenger footwell.

2) the permenant live and switched live are the wrong way around on the fiat ISO connector, you will need to swap them over.

Re: Re: Re: Re: ice

You've blown the fuse for the switched live supply. Its 7.5A from memory. Look at www.bravo-guide.co.uk for the fuse location.

Its not supprising it won't work :)
