Technical I Need Help ASAP on m tipo 2.0 16v and my 1.4 tipo

my 2.0 16v 1995 tipo
came to get it out of the garage tonight and the back of the car has calapsed, the shockers are totally solid and cant get them of and the car wont move a tall. the hole car is tht low i cnt jack it up, any ideas howi can get it in the air, need to sort it asap as i have a tackday cumin up soon

speedometer has stopped working, when you reach 30mph it starts to work, but anything below 30mph it goes stupid, are these on a sensor, if they are where bouts is it.

the sensor on the 1.4 is on the front of the gearbox i think.

some sort of leverage to get the jack under it perhaps? just becarefull with what you use.

If you can get a jack under at the drivers side front, jacking that up will usually lift the back. Then you can investigate why it's stuck - perhaps the handbrake seized on?

Some photos of the situation might give us an idea of what could be done.

it's in the garage and i cant get round to do it, i think im gonna hav to tow it out with my ram, but i dont really no what will get damage. the handbrake is free, it was only at weekend when i last used it.
i have got a day of tomorrow and ill try and sort somthing out.

It almost sounds like your springs have snapped. Could you sneek an engine hoist to behind the car and lift it up a little? Enough to knock some blocks into the suspension to keep the rear off the floor? Lots of stuff down there to damage

i had to drag it out, ripped back bumper of side skirts exhaust and scraped the petrol tank but can all go back on. because the side skirts had came of i could force a jack underneath. it was the springs and shockers, but the place where im going to get them from cant get them till another 3weeks so does anyone no of any good shops for the parts.

My local motor factors can usually get parts the same day if I order before lunch.

i have been looking at the white 5dr tipo 16v on ebay, i would like a mk1 5dr 1,

i've been watching that aswell, its been looked after by the looks of it, it sold for £900 but i wouldn't of let it go for that as there wont be many in that condiction with as little as miles as it.

sorted my 1.4 tipo out the connection wires had broke, and put abit of the wd-40
