Had dealings with this dealer back in January for my full service, rang up on a Monday and booked for the Friday. I travelled from Bristol along the beautiful m5 and found it easily! Was greeted by welcoming friendly staff and a beautiful Coupe 20vt 
handed over my keys and one of the engineers dropped me off in town (albeit in my own car), he didnt rev my car high at all, didn't even adjust the seat!! I was booked in for a full service with all fiat genuine parts at a cost of £200! A very decent price indeed, seeing as stoneacre wanted £280 + vat!! I waited round for 3 or so hours, was a lovely day by the Weston seafront! I got a call from the manager and he nipped round with the engineering in a brand spanking new Panda TA although he did give me the speil about then panda, he was very chatty and even bantered about my car a bit! Paid up and got my keys, found the car had been hoovered out and a Huttons air freshener added! A fiat stamp in the book, another 18k on the service meter and big smile on my face!! Chuffed!
