A large proportion of the trees were scattered on the various roads I was travelling around on earlier. Mainly leaves and small branches though, just lots of them lol

Did look more severe from the news report I saw earlier on - Saltcoats coastal railway route taking the usual bashing.

Ugh don't like this weather.
Sister's seen 2 cars in a ditch today on her way to work.
Had to go down to Troon as had a dentist appotiment & needed to get to the bank.
Walked from the Dentists to the bank & was sturggling due to the strong winds, so my mum decided she would take photo's of Troon beach... mad woman, got home to find we'd had a power cut, power came back on about 5:40 (I think)

Flippin' 'eck, sounds like you have it bad on the west coast. I've just looked outside and it's all quiet out there - even the drizzle has stopped for now.

Hope you're all ok

Met up with a friend today who's originally from Girvan. Her Dad still lives there right next to the beach and apparently his comment last night was "It's a bit breezy"

was freezing here on tuesday tbh, struggled to get 22 degrees and it was even slightly cloudy at one point!!

wednesday we had 30 degrees though, Thursday 28 degrees

don't say i'm not feeling your pain!
