Hi all, thought I would just say 'hello' (rude not to). I found this site after doing some DIY bits on my Punto and very helpful it was too. Certainly saved me a trip to Halfords / spending £12.99 on a Haynes manual! So thanks if you are a contributor (keep up the good work).
About me - I'm a bit crusty, have three kids, own a black 2002 fiat Punto 1.9 JTD HLX. I am the second owner, my brother bought it from new but I have owned it for 5 years. Not really into 'modding' my car (despite my son's constant pressure) but really need to keep it running in order to try and maintain the standards of living I have become accustomed to (with varying degrees of success). That said some of the modded Punto's I see out there stir something deep inside me (that might be due to the heavy modding I did when I was a mere slip of a lad on my Ford's).
