Technical How to remove plastic cap interiorlight

Hi,
I have to remove the interiorlight of my Stilo Abarth 3d. 2005.
But the manual tells me to remove the plastic cap ( where the microphone is located ) first before I can unscrew the part where the lamps are in.
I have to push the side of the cap to take it off but how much I tried, it does not come off.
I hope someone knows how to do this before I break it ?

Just pulling on the back of the cap. there are no clips that can be broken. under the cap are two screws to get by the lights. easily by release the second cap about the wires.
