How to; Oil and Filter change plus manual

Hi all, new here

Could you please tell me where/how I can aquire a Workshop Manual for my Fiat Punto Chill 1.2, 8 valve, 2004. In the meantime where is the oil filter and engine drain plug situated. I've seen a Haynes manual on display at Halfords but it does not cover the 2004 Mk 3 face lift model. Is the info in the pre 2004 manual the same for the engine as it would be in the post 2004 model?

its all the same as a 99-03 model under the hood

drain plug is bottom of sump filter is in front of engine
