Finally found some time to clean the t-jet and touch up a few bits...... as I was woken up by the mrs at half 8 this morning begging for a lift to work I seized the oppertunity to give the car a good pampering...

I started with just a normal wash finished off with wax and a polish....

gave the wheels a touch up...

then blitzed the interiour.....

bought some super bright headlight bulbs to last me until Jan when the HID's come along

removed the engine cover and gave that a coat of gloss black and a few coats of laquer

and finally changed and relocated my air filter for one with a shorter intake and better air feed (took pics before I decided to do this)

I used gloss black rattle can paint from halfords..... Nothing special but gets the job done and in this weather cleaning the car is an awesome way to keep warm I had to take my jumper off half way through doing it as I was sweating haha

It needs washing again..... I hate winter because the roads get filthy...... We need a good thunderstorm to wash all the roads

mmm annoying my poor car needs a good wash but my lack of time and reluctance is getting in the way i dont wanner do it for it to be filthy again in a few days

fingers crossed for some heavy rain fall

Can't beat a good clean GP.
Argh, mines filthy at the moment. Gonna clean it properly after Christmas when I can afford an Auto Glym set.(y)

My dad works for Vauxhall and my brother works for Toyota so I'm always getting free cleaning products when they come for a visit :)
