500 how to get Tom Tom

Hi,
I just picked up my Fiat 500 sport 2016 today , on the screen when you press nav a Tom Tom thing comes up but then doesn't do anything , does anyone know how you can get this on , or would I have to go to a Fiat dealer, Thanks

Does the car have a large socket on the top of the dash? I know on later cars they did away with this, but yours may be the last of the blue and me tom tom cars.

I would think you would have to speak to your fiat dealer, it may be something they can unlock, it also might not be, and you might have the menu option but not the hardware for Tomtom to work.
