Technical How to change T-JET spark-plug??

I am trying to change spark-plug by my self , but face some problems ~ ><

I don't know how to remove this one

can any one give me some info??

Its just pulls off mate. Make sure uve removed the 2 bolts ( one either side) then the cover will take a sharp tug upwards and it will come off.
