Technical How to change a Fiat Scudo 2.0 Gear Knob

Hi. Does anyone know how to remove the gear knob from a Fiat Scudo 2.0. It is a lift and shift reverse knob. Tried pulling off but won't budge. Don't want to twist in case I snap the white plastic connectors. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

Just twisted mine & it came off
