My 1300cc 1990 Fiorino van has a very healthy 750 KG payload, and I have driven it with 500KG in the back with no problem. It drives well with a big load due to the low suspension. I also have a sturdy plank between the 2 doorposts to stop the load going forward into the seats under an emergency stop, as there is no bulkhead.Your Fiorino should have max. load written on the plate. I know that the later Fiorinos had a lower payload.
