Hi guys,
I have just been blessed with replacing my starter motor on my 1981 Spider. I really did not think I could swear that much doing such a simple task.
In any case, I 'thought' that when I removed the starter I disconnected 3 wires INCLUDING the spade connector. When I went to connect everything, I noticed a wire coming from the alternator which I did not recall removing.
I am pretty sure it goes with the rest of them, but I want a confirmation.
