It's OK. Hit 110 a couple of times on my private test track. It's had a hatch spoiler put on, the handbrake sorted (we took it completely to bits to discover that it was only the cable: it felt like the mechanism was completely buggered), a new master cylinder, and now runs Imola Blue's MOs with Uniroyals, which seem to suit it better than the ones it came with.
It needs a new clutch and will get a Sei Imola gearbox and Stilo clutch and flywheel while I'm at it, all the bushes are slated for renewal (the arms and wishbones are ready, waiting), and it'll get Blue's ported head, inlet manifold and Tricker no.2 (Blue is going MPI!). There's an accident damaged Supersprint manifold waiting to be repaired which I'll pop on.
The Konis feel too hard. Maybe the new bushes will help, but I'm considering something else. There's a stress crack to weld up, and there will be some other welding.
Eventually, when I've got the molds and the time, it'll get a carbon Imola kit, maybe a carbon bonnet and hatch.
I've a second set of Abarth TC Recaros which are even scruffier than Blue's and need recovering.
The windscreen needs replacing (way too many stone chips), some idiot put a little scrape on it over the weekend (tiny bit of filler and paint), I've got a better carpet to put in, an alarm half fitted, the hazards have stopped working and the alternator light has developed a will of it's own.
But, it's a reliable little car which is very easy to drive fast, I love it to bits (but not as much as Blue). It's Blue 2!
