Technical How disable embedded GSM?

Hi, I have a trouble with original embedded GSM (radio, phone, navigator all-in-one): if I insert a SIM, when ignition key is off I can't call the SIM phone number (of course: the system should be off), but operator says the SIM is connected to mobile cell.
So I suppose the internal GSM module is powered on even the car is OFF.
Can I unpower the system making the GSM module off?

I guess you could find the unswitched power lead and put a switch in it. However I've no idea how the unit will repsond when the power is restored. You could find all sorts of issues like having to enter the PIN code, losing and stored Sat Nav locations/routes etc.

I will have a look at mine later. In 3.5 years I have only made 1 outgoing call, but I think it worked unswitched, confirm later.
