Technical hose clips

Hi folks-me again-thought the coolant would be easy after my last question so took of the top plastic thing to get at the bleed screw-no probs BUt the bottom hose is held on with a jubillee clip that isnt-it consists of a clip with a plastic cover over a block thingy-how the heck do they come off-other than with a hack saw!

Yes, you will need to replace this type of clip with a jubille clip, they are not made to go back on

How do they come off then-just cut?? ie brute force and ignorance-bit worried about damaging the hose!

Screwdriver and twisting the locking bit does it for me

Thanks I'll have a go later now-expected to get it done before we went into town but failed! I've got some new jubillee clips ready as i thought i might have problems!
