Just wanted to say hello. I have been following the threads for some time now while waiting for my 500s to be delivered. The car has now arrived and i got a first look at it this morning. Its being delivered next Tuesday. I say its mine but in truth its actually a wedding present for my wife to be, who has no idea she's about to be a 500 owner.
The car is white (wanted Funk White but its no longer an option on the S) ordered in the first week of April 2014 just as the facelift was introduced. The new red interior on the seats & doors isnt anywhere near as garish as it looks on the web - which is a big relief. The new TFT screen is excellent!
I will keep the forum updated with any issues, although i have everything crossed that there wont be any!
I will post some pics when the car arrives next week and also post some of the surprise reveal on the morning of our wedding - Friday 11th July.
