Could be wrong but the one your linking to says it runs 1.4 bar boost, on what appear to be standard injectors, standard fuel pressure regulator and standard ECUs, and I see no extra injectors on the plenum chamber which could be piggybacked to provide extra fuelling which is essential to run all that extra boost. First thin I'd ask the seller!!
Maybe the knocking and backfirring is down to detonation caused by lean running? :bang:
No mention of an uprated turbo, so where is that boost coming from
I'd ask for pictures of the front turrets as they are conveniently out of shot - if your thinking of exporting remember the UK roads are covered in salt / grit every year when it's cold so our cars tend to rust fast
