Hi my 2013 500 1.2 fan is running all the time and aircon is not working? I have replaced the radiator resistor and no joy, what else shoud i be looking at ?

hello and welcome ,to try to understand your problems better!- firstly did they both occur at the same time? or did one issue happen before the other!.

The air con was working for a few mins then stoped then I noticed the radiator fan running on start up
Turn off the ac, turn off the fan inside the car, when cold at start up does the fan run, or only when hot?
Check the water level in the radiator!
If the fan runs at cold start up, first check the fan relay, is it stuck on?
The ac, when was it last re gassed?

The fan runs on cold start up aircon off, the gas is full and the relay is giving a reading of 65, tried anouther relay still the same and all fuses are ok
Presume 65 is ohms reading with relay unplugged. Seems a bit low if that is the relay coil. And too high if that is relay contact. Try to find the engine temp sensor . Make sure it is not damaged or wiring near by. Does eng temp gauge work OK? The AC could also be telling the fan to run . Really need a diagnostic tool connected to get a good idea. Has the AC just been re-gassed?
Also, You can check the multiECUscan register on the forum to check if someone is near you that might help with diagnostics
