Hi all
New to the forums, I've got a pug 106 off the road at the moment, got a Volvo 740 Estate too, on the road. but I'm looking for a cheaper car, to insure tax and put petrol in. So I thought of the little Chiquechento.
I need some assisntace, found a nice one with 64K near me. I've read the "buying a chiq" thread, however I would just like opinions really.
I couldn't see any rust on this L reg 94 model, MOT till next Feb, no tax.
I gave it a little test drive, it did start up straight away, and drove ok, there weren't any noises that shouldn't have been there.
The brakes will need work, the pedal went down a long way before it started to brake, but I might just be used to my Volvo.
It does need a new windscreen and a light lens at the rear and thats about it. I think it'd be a good buy. There were no signs of different colors in body panels and it looked like a good body too. interior and exterior was clean.
What are you're opinions of the car guys and girls?
