Hi newbie here..need help

Hi guys n girls,

I am all brand new to the forum, but need help! lol.
I have a Grande Punto diesel multijet...the injection failure light came on,and the display flashes check engine, so I had it checked out a my local Fiat, they found nothing wrong and reset it..2 weeks later, it came back on, cannot drive it as it goes into a slow programme..started it up today and the display read:excess radiation, fluid temp turn off...then back to the check engine..
it also smokes randomly..I'm lost:bang:

Anyone had the same or similar problem??

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Riya,

I have a 1.9 TDI 07 plate had it since brand new and I have been plagued with excess fluid temp error message just like many others, basically your ECU needs to be remapped to the latest version - It will improve the problem but it wont totally cure as mine still does it nowhere near as bad tho - last time twice on Thursday, not sure what your injection problem is.
