Technical Hi good Fiat people - adjust sagging doors on '79 124?

Hi there - new to Fiat. Can someone help me with adjusting sagging doors?
Obviously with door open a little it may be possible to confirm the play/sag is in worn door hinge pins, which if driven out with suitable tool can be replaced if no other wear in hinge. I used to have a box of the various roll pins and the tool to fit them.
Another method is to adjust the hinge bolts so door is at a better position in relation to the lock.
The third is a car salesman bodge, open the door a little, place a garage jack and a piece of wood underneath towards the open end and gently jack the door up to the point it strains the hinge into a good opening position, I have seen a strong salesman actually wrench the door upwards to get the same affect.
Note, I am not advocating those methods.:)
One of the causes of the wear is people using the door as a support to climb up and out of low slung sports cars, putting all their body weight onto the hinge area that was not intended for that job.;)

As 'bugsymike' has said, there are various tricks that could be used.

Afaik, the hinge pins are held in place by a circlip (snap ring) so possibly new pins and presumably bushes might be available from some supplier?

Looking at one supplier of 124 Spider parts in the U.S., shows that the same hinge is used for the top and bottom on both left and right doors but they're $128 each...

Another option if 'bugysmike's suggestions don't work might be to swap the hinges from top to bottom and vice-versa on the door - this should work because the door wears the top hinge pin in an outwards direction and wears the bottom hinge in an inward direction.

thank you - great idea. I will try that.
I posted some more info ander a new thread Doors & Hinge
Having checked mine today there are several other things to look at
The doors are very heavy, mine have cracked around the hinge mounting plate, which I could only see after removing the doors. The hinge forging has also worn, not the hinge pin, this cannot be easily repaired. Later cars have a rubber door locator below the door latch. I had to replace these as well as they were broken.
