Hi everyone, my names martin. I bought my first car a few months ago. Its a W Reg 1.2 16v Fiat Brava. I love it SO much! Its excellent!

Im in the West Midlands in a town called Tamworth its just outside of Birmingham. I bought my car from a small dealership in Birmingham.

I was shocked at how good looking the engine is! I was expecting it to look quite dull. I mean i hate Fords but my friends got a 2004 Focus 1.6 Ghia and the engine on that looks awfull compared to mine hehehe.

I bought an abarth badge off ebay for it but i found out it wasnt an actual metal badge like it is with the car name on the back. So i think im going to put it below the passenger side indicator. lol. Im also thinking about putting some alloys on it. Nothing special probably New Panda allows or something and then replace the Fiat badge in the middle with Abarth ones. Im still undecided though. Hi, nice car.

I think the Panda's alloys will look a bit small on your Brava. Find some 15" ones off a Stilo or Punto

Well my wheels now are 14" and the Panda alloys are so i was just thinking it that way. But i would love some nice Stilo alloys on it. lol. I think the Stilo Abarth looks absolutly amazing. I want one some day hehe

I just got back from being out in my car. Whoa! its so much fun! I was coming to the end of my street and as i went round the corner and put my foot down for the fun of it but then....i forgot i had some flowers my mom was taking upto my nan on the back seat. Ive got "Good Luck" sequines all on my back seat now :bang: ah well, on the way back i had no flowers so i was just bombing it along all the way home, i was driving up my little culdersack at like 12:30 doing 35-40mph hehehe the neighbours wont be happy. lol.

Hiya Good car choice

I went for 15ins alloys for mine (you can fit aftermarket ones with special bols - there are plenty of threads about this on the whole forum so do a search) and I think sometimes even they look small! But I like my comfort too much to go bigger.

I quite like these alloys. I saw the normal brava ones and thought they wouldnt look right on my cuteness of a car! But these ones i think would go nicely. Plus they have the fiat badge in the middle wich i would change to an abarth badge

I'M BAAACK!

I just got back from my holiday in bali for my parents wedding. It was great fun and the wedding was great

One bad thing though was when we got back yesterday. My car wouldnt start or do anything at all. The only thing it would do it open the drivers door. That was it. So today I rang the AA and got someone to come out he had to replace the battery and found a constant power drain even when everything was turned off and in a few days this new batterie would be dead too, he did and diagnostic and managed to find the problem. It was my sound system. For some reason it was draining the power. So i rang the tamworth fiat garage up and they said to get another radio, so i took it in and im waiting for the call to tell me i can pick it up now. It was costly tho...not the kind of thing you want just when you get in from a long holiday lol. £56 for the new battery & £139 for the new Radio/CD, ah well as long as my babys going to get better. My parents wanted me to trade it in for another car! but nah im keeping it. Oh well it was nice in the fiat garage having a good look at all the gorgouse cars in there

I passed my test yesterday! (06/01/06) The test started at 9:37. Always such random times...

To celebrate i took my car out straight away and drove around tamworth for a few hours. Then i went out again later that night with a friend and just went anywhere I ended up going to sibson and then back at the exact same road in tamwort about 4 times no matter what road i took (was actually getting a bit creepy) and then i just went to the other side of town and then after a nice cruise i ended up at warwickshire, measham and ashby. It was hillariouse startling all the chav gangs by bipping my horn at them. Accept this one time i did it then the lights turned red infront of me. We were like F*********CK!:devil:
