Hi gang,

I have just grabbed myself an impulse purchase at car auction, a cinq sporting for 275, bit of a random purchase but I thought it could be fun, after reading though these forums I think I could have a real blast in this car.

I have owned golf gti's, scooby's well you name it ive had it... The car that the cinq replaced was a 300zx twin turbo, just up for sale now if anyone fancies it (wink) and I really think that I can have more fun driving the little monster that I have just snagged than anything before.

I plan to lighten it and drop probably a punto 60 in to start add some wellers if thats possible? well take things from there, this means I am sure that I will be lurking around and asking numerous already solved problems.

Welcome friend, £275 sounds a bargain. You wouldn't get a FIAT technician for an hour for that! How about swapping-out the engine of that 300ZX and dropping it into the Cinq?

Hi there,im new as well,from what ive been told the cinq lives up to Fiats reputation of making fun little cars well so you should have fun with it,my local car auction has finished sadly,tho thats probably a good thing for my wallet:yum:

Thanks for the warm welcomes! The 300zx is indeed one hell of a beast but I think the cinq will become a much better friend to my wallet and more fun to drive, aint it strange that more ppl look at me in the cinq that they did in the zx?
