Hi All !

I am new at Fiat Forum, but not to Fiats. In the past, I owned a Punto HGT Mk2a (sprint blue as I remember). It was a nice car.

Now I am on Ford () but the new Punto 2012 looks very nice.

I hope I can find and exchange a lot of things here, forum looks very interesting (I read it since weeks).
Despite as english is not my main language, (as you can see) I hope you can understand me

This was my Punto when bought :

And after a some of mods :

I have buy it at about 45'000 km and 4 years. I have done about 50'000 km with it in 4 years.

It was a nice car, with very good handling and a great look. The steering precision is great and direct, you dont have to turn a lot the steering wheel and I like this.
The motor was quite good, despite the well-know problem of variator (changed under extended waranty for me).
The brakes was good to stop the car, but they are a bit light for the power of the car (changed front brake discs & pads and was totally wear after 40.000...)

I had only a few problem with the car : a pipe of air conditioning to change and an electric windows. Not so bad for almost 100'000 km and 8 year old car.

I have good memories of this car
