Afternoon all, has anyone got a diagram for the vacuum pipe layout for a Punto HGT, I have a 2004 and am struggling to connect the ones on the off-side (right) side of the cylinder head

What kind of pipes do u mean? I have 3 hgt's maybe i can help u. Do ya have any pics?
There are some vacuum pipes that I think come from under the inlet manifold (notsure) to a unit (variator??) near the brake master on a RHD HGT. This unit has an open vacuum pipe hole 2 - 3 mm diameter and without this the mixture is very lean esp. at low revs.

The unit missing a vacuum pipe is for the variable intake runners inside the Inlet manifold. That pneumatic valve connects to a small pneumatic solenoid under the Inlet manifold (you can just about see it behind the 4 engine mounting nuts, it has two black pipes going to it). The other pipe goes to the Inlet manifold below injector 2, it's really hard to see.

Thanks, that is probably the pipe I am missing, the symptoms correlate and the variator struggles to maintain a smooth passage up the through the mid range especially. After a cold start, it runs very rough as though extremely lean, however if switch off and restart, it is much better.
