Hi I have a Fiat Grande Punto 1.4 16V which has a robotronic gear box (Triptronic) and when I am in traffic on the first gear, the car tends to shrudder when I accelerate, this happens only when I am on the first gear but stops when I accelerate in full

This happens if I use the manual or auto gears, I took the car to the dealer and they did some adjustment with the clutch using the examiner and told me as the car is rather heavy and the engine a little bit under powered that I should floor accelerator pedal when in traffic or making a slow turn onto a by lane, but the problem still seems to persist even though I do so and even after they made the adjustment

Any advice?
