I have just changed the earth strap from the battery to body on a 56 plate fiat idea last night, accidently dropped my screwdriver on the positive connection on the battery!! Car no turns over but have no electrics what so ever!! I take it i have blown a fuse or tripped something??

Any help would be appreciated!!

Have you checked all fuses including realays on engine bay? Worst case scenario you fried ecu...
