can anyone tell me the best way to clean the heat exchanger out /i need to because ive blown my turbo and am fitting a new one ;turbo that is;

Intercooler? if so then i guess its full of oil? id prob try some petrol/diesel in it and blank the ends and give it the shack and vac treatment for as long as you can, my right arm allways seems stronger than my left cant think why.
Then once its had a few rinses out with fresh, pop it in the dishwasher .

I only said its what id do.
