had the same issue with the white tub dunc, the ecus are the last thing i'd look at, pete and i worked back from the spark plugs to the coil, and it was def the coil that went, having said that your tubs a bit diff....monster hybrid frankenstien lump up front....

cheers jai, didnt realise u had the same prob!

lol, as you put it, i have a 'monster hybrid frankenstien lump up front' but my coil etc is all standard goodies and used to run fine on it! im now now getting a spark since i fitted my new fuel tank and had the box rebuilt! checked everything and all is plugged in etc :(

on the mk2, you have a Amplifier as well as the coil its self. the leads are perfect so no problem there, i'm changing the coil and going to do the amplifier too. after that im stuck?

never reaally looked at my cogbox but are there any sensors attached to it a crankshaft sensor? they need an air gap and can cause problems. dunno if it has one though???

Yeah was gonna suggest the same thing, check the earths are deffo ok obviously touching metal and no paint etc in the way

Schoolboy stuff I know but I had that once

I've found they tend to have an earth for the block as well but again not sure on an Uno..

Just get a bit of battery cable and find a suitable bolt on the block and try it... (y)

After you've done that coil and amplifier:
Without the pickup from the tdc / crank sensor you won't get a spark because mr.ecu wont know when to fire!
Get something like a test light (fast reaction) or one of them fancy occiliscope things out and bang that onto your crank sensor while cranking - see what its doing..

Good day,
Hope you guys can help me out.
Im at loss. I have an Uno Turbo 1400.
New engine. New T28 drift spec turbo. Intercooler, copper button clutch etc... Car was idling, switched it off and after a while wanted to start it but there is no spark. New coil installed, still nothing. There is power and earth to the coil. Timing is set up 100% but there is no spark on any of the leads from the coil. Tried 3 different coils and still nothing.. Any help or suggestions where to check next?

I can't see any crank sensor. Where is sensor situated? Pls try post a pic of it so that I can go check
