Technical help needed please

Please help i bought my first multipla yesterday.
Its a 53 plate 1.6 16v engine.
Problem is its chokey and struggles to rev past 2000rpm. When after a few seconds it goes past 2000 rpm its fine but if drops below again it struggles to rev again.
Its had new coil. New leads. New plugs. It doesnt have a missfire just struggles to rev.

I used to own a zafira before but it had electrical probs.
Thought i was buying a good thing with fiat heres hoping you guys can help.

You say holding bk does it feel like a miss fire when it gets past 2000 revs as if its holding bk like u say it is its normally a fuel mixture witch means a common missed fault of a O2 sensor I had a zafira that packed up and went to a multi zafira ecu packed up bummer multi was miles better
