Punto (Mk2/2b) Help identify colour please

Hi guys,

Maybe you can help me out. I know it seems silly but I am having problems identifying the colour of my little Fiat Punto Mk2. It looks black / dark grey / metallic black. It is hard to make out the metallic in the photo but you can see 'sparkles' if you look close.

There is meant to me a label with the car colour under the bonnet but not on mine. I did sent an email to Fiat 2 times with reg info VIN etc but they did not even respond.

I also checked the web but there seems to be conflicting information on what colours the car came in.

Hope you guys can help so I can order a new bonnet =)

Give your local Fiat dealership a ring. They will be able to find your exact paint code using your registration

Label is on cross member near bonnet latch, not on underside of bonnet if that helps. At least, on my car.

Quick update. I phoned my helpful local Fiat dealer and he told me my cars colour code. It is '632'.

According to another post that is 'Moire Black'. Another site 'http://www.chipex.co.uk/colourmatch/search?colourcode=632', sais it is just black.

I will just give the code to the ebay guy selling the bonnet and see what he sais about it.

Hi guys. Another update. Fiat got back to me and they report the cars colour as '674'.

So to recap
local dealer said colour = 632
fiat email = 674
a forum post with punto mk2 that looked similar colour to mine = Nero 601/F

So now I am just lost. I just did not think it would be this tricky id the cars colour =p

I was going to link to images of the car in another unrelated post I made but cannot put links in posts yet. I will add some of the same images to this post also if you want to chip in with more possible colours =D

Oh if your wondering thats Sahara desert sand on the paintwork in the close up pic. The day after I cleaned the car as well =p

I phoned a second Fiat dealer and he also said 632 and going on our conversation I would say he was correct.
